AI Photo Booth Rental Houston: A Planning Checklist

Before you book an AI photo booth rental in Houston, run through this short checklist. It covers the decisions that shape the price and the experience, in the order you will want to make them.

1. Pick a theme. Superheroes, cartoons, vintage portraits or a style built around your event.
2. Pick your hours. Prices run from $399 for 2 hours to $599 for 6.
3. Decide on prints. Unlimited prints come standard, and the 4x6 upgrade is $200.
4. Plan the space. Know which room and wall the booth will sit against.
5. Choose pickup or delivery. Free pickup, or $75 for delivery and setup.
6. Budget for tax and deposit. 8.25% Houston-area sales tax and a 35% deposit to hold the date.

The sections below walk through each step.

Step one: choose the theme

The AI Booth takes a guest's photo and turns it into art in a few seconds. The theme is what makes it feel like your event.

• Superheroes and comic book styles suit kids' birthdays and office parties.
• Cartoons work for family events and theme parties.
• Vintage portraits fit galas, anniversaries and anything black tie.
• A custom theme can match a product launch, a holiday party or a school event.

Tell us your event theme and we will set up styles to match.

Corporate events, theme parties and kids' birthdays

The AI Booth fits events where the photo itself starts the conversation.

Corporate events and conferences. A branded theme keeps your company in every image. It fits a company party at Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District, where guests can turn into anything from superheroes to cartoon characters. It also fits offices in The Woodlands and Sugar Land that want something new for the holiday party.

Theme parties. A 1920s night or a space party at The Corinthian Houston downtown gets images that match the dress code.

Kids' birthdays. Turning a group of 8-year-olds into a superhero team in Katy, Pearland or Cypress is an easy win, and every kid takes home a print.

Brand activations. A custom style built around your product gives people a reason to stop, pose and share.

For a fundraiser at The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, a vintage portrait style suits the art museum setting.

Space, pickup and payment

Plan a spot with room for a short line, ideally against a wall. A backdrop like the shimmery sequin wall ($100) makes the setup look finished in a plain room.

Pickup from our location is free, and you return the booth the day after your event. For events in Spring, Tomball or Galveston, you may prefer delivery and setup for $75. If you want someone to run the booth and help guests pick a style, add an attendant for $50 an hour.

A 35% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event when we deliver, or when you pick up. Card payments include a 5% processing fee.
