AI Photo Booth Rental New Jersey: Planning Checklist

An AI photo booth rental in New Jersey takes a few more decisions than a regular booth, mostly because you get to choose what your guests turn into. This post starts with a short checklist you can work through in order. After that, we cover prices, what the booth does and the events it suits best in Central and North Jersey.

Your AI Booth checklist

Work through these six steps and you will have everything you need to book.

1. Pick a theme. Superheroes, cartoons, vintage portraits or a style built around your event. Tell us the theme and we set up styles to match.
2. Choose your hours. The AI Booth comes in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 hour rentals. Prints are unlimited, so guests can come back for another style as often as they like.
3. Decide on pickup or delivery. Pickup from our location is free, and you return it the day after. Delivery and setup is $75.
4. Choose a backdrop. It is optional. A shimmery backdrop ($100), flower wall ($530) or grass wall ($500) gives the booth a finished look in the room.
5. Think about an attendant. It is optional at $50 an hour. For a corporate event or a kids' party, someone running the booth helps.
6. Budget for tax and payment. New Jersey sales tax is 6.625%. A 35% deposit holds the date, and card payments include a 5% processing fee.

What the AI Booth does

A guest takes a photo, and AI turns it into art in seconds. A group of coworkers becomes a comic book team. A kid becomes a cartoon. Grandparents become a vintage portrait.

Every rental of the AI Booth includes:

• Unlimited prints, plus a digital copy
• A personalized picture design
• Props

Each image takes just a few seconds to create. Guests can print as many as they want during your rental.

Events the AI Booth fits in New Jersey

The AI Booth is the one guests talk about the next day, so it suits events where people expect a surprise.

• Corporate events and conferences. A company event at The Heldrich Hotel in downtown New Brunswick, or a team party in Newark, Morristown or Bridgewater, gets a booth that gives coworkers something to laugh about.
• Theme parties. Pick a theme and the AI matches it. A superhero party or a decade night in Hoboken or Jersey City works well.
• Kids' birthdays. Kids love seeing themselves as cartoons. House parties in Edison, Piscataway and Woodbridge are a good fit.
• Brand activations. A themed style tied to your brand gives people a reason to stop.

For a big room, The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset has the space for a theme party or a sweet 16 where the AI Booth becomes a main attraction.
