360 Photo Booth Rental New Jersey: Sweet 16s to Weddings

The DJ drops the birthday girl's favorite song, and four of her friends step onto the platform. A camera circles them in slow motion while everyone else crowds in to watch. Moments later the video is on their phones and headed to their stories. That is the moment people book a 360 photo booth rental in New Jersey for, and it plays out the same way at a sweet 16 in Old Bridge or a wedding in Jersey City.

How the 360 Booth works

The 360 Booth is a platform with a camera that circles the guests standing on it. It records a slow-motion video made for Instagram and TikTok, and the video is sent to guests' phones right after they spin.

A few basics:

• The platform usually fits 1 to 4 guests, depending on the platform size.
• Videos are unlimited for the length of your rental.
• Every package includes a personalized template on the videos and props.

Unlike a print booth, there is no paper and no waiting for a strip. The show is the spin itself, which is why it tends to draw a crowd.

360 photo booth rental New Jersey prices

Prices before tax:

• 2 hours: $249
• 3 hours: $299
• 4 hours: $349
• 5 hours: $399
• 6 hours: $449

The 2-hour price is lower than our Printer Booth at $298, since guests get videos instead of prints. New Jersey sales tax is 6.625%, so a 3-hour 360 Booth at $299 comes to $318.81.

Here is a sample sweet 16 budget:

1. 360 Booth for 4 hours: $349
2. One song choice on every video: $85
3. Red carpet VIP with stanchions: $200
4. LED inflatable frame: $240
5. Delivery and setup: $75

That comes to $949 before tax. NJ tax adds $62.87, for $1,011.87 total. A 35% deposit of $332.15 holds the date.

Planning the spin zone

Since the camera moves all the way around the platform, give the booth an open spot near the dance floor instead of wedging it between tables. Guests watching from the side is part of the fun, so leave room for them too.

Add-ons that work well with the 360 Booth:

• 1 song choice on every video: $85
• Customized template, a custom overlay on every video: $150
• Shimmery backdrop: $100
• Red carpet VIP: $200
• Digital gallery with everything in one online album: $120
• LED inflatable: $240
• Extra lighting kit: $145
• Flower wall: $530, or grass wall: $500
• Attendant: $50 an hour

An attendant is optional, but for a 360 Booth at a busy party it helps. They run the booth, help guests and keep each group's turn moving.

Venues and towns where a 360 fits

Liberty House in Jersey City has the Manhattan skyline right across the water, which makes it a natural spot for a 360 video. Add the shimmery backdrop for night shots that sparkle on camera.

For a big ballroom event, The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset is the kind of grand room where a crowd can gather around the spin. Sweet 16s, proms and weddings all fit that setting.

The booth also goes to house parties and halls across Central and North Jersey, including Hoboken, Paramus, Princeton, Edison, Sayreville and East Brunswick. The 360 Booth is a common pick for:

• Sweet 16s and proms
• Corporate launches
• Weddings
• 80s nights and theme parties
