360 Photo Booth Rental in Baltimore: Prices and Setup

A 360 booth needs a little more thought about the room than a regular photo booth. The camera circles guests on a platform, people gather to watch, and the background shows up in every video. So before we get to prices, here's a quick look at how a 360 photo booth rental in Baltimore and Central Maryland plays out in three very different spaces.
Three Baltimore rooms, three different videos
The Baltimore Museum of Industry, Inner Harbor. The museum has industrial character and waterfront views. That kind of setting gives a slow-motion spin real texture: metal, brick and water instead of a plain wall. For a company party or a reunion here, set the platform where the background is busiest and let the room do the work.
The Belvedere, Mount Vernon. The Belvedere is a historic ballroom. For a wedding or gala in a room like this, a 360 Booth works best near the dance floor so the crowd can watch each spin between songs. A red carpet and stanchions make the platform feel like part of the evening.
The American Visionary Art Museum, Federal Hill. AVAM is colorful and one of a kind. In a room that already has a lot going on, you may not need a backdrop at all. If you want a cleaner look, the shimmery sequin wall gives the camera something to catch.
These are examples of spaces where a 360 Booth fits, not a list of places we've worked. The same thinking applies to a banquet hall in Laurel or a rented clubhouse in Bel Air: pick the background first, then place the platform.
360 photo booth rental in Baltimore and Central Maryland: prices
Every 360 Booth rental from EMCO Booth includes unlimited videos, a personalized template on each video and props. Videos are sent to guests' phones right after they spin.
- 2 hours: $249
- 3 hours: $299
- 4 hours: $349
- 5 hours: $399
- 6 hours: $449
Maryland sales tax is 6%, so a 3-hour rental at $299 adds $17.94. Card payments include a 5% processing fee.
The 360 Booth costs less than our Printer Booth at every length because guests get videos on their phones instead of prints.
Add-ons made for spinning
These extras are built around how a 360 video looks and sounds.
- 1 song choice: $85. Your song plays on every video.
- Customized template: $150 for a fully custom overlay on each video
- Red carpet VIP with stanchions: $200
- Shimmery sequin backdrop: $100
- LED inflatable frame: $240
- Extra lighting kit: $145
- Digital gallery: $120 for every video in one online album
- Flower wall: $530, or grass wall: $500
- Attendant: $50 an hour
For most 360 rentals, the attendant is worth thinking about. Someone has to start each spin, guide guests on and off the platform and keep the line in order. At a busy prom or sweet 16, that person makes a real difference.
Which events suit a 360 Booth best
The 360 Booth is at its best when people want video to post that night.
- Proms and sweet 16s. Teens across Towson, Columbia and Severna Park care most about content for their phones. Add the song choice so every clip already has music.
- Corporate launches and team events. A customized template with your logo goes out with every video, from an Inner Harbor event space to an office party in Hunt Valley.
- Theme nights. 80s parties, decade reunions and costume nights look great in slow motion. Lean into the props.
- Weddings. A 360 Booth near the dance floor gives the late-night crowd something to do. Pair it with a red carpet for a grand entrance feel.
Usually 1 to 4 guests fit on the platform at a time, depending on the platform size. Plan for groups, not the whole bridal party at once.
Getting it there and paying for it
Pickup is free. You collect the booth from our location before your event and return it the day after. If you want us to bring it, delivery and setup is $75 anywhere in our Baltimore area, from Dundalk to Ellicott City to Annapolis.
A 35% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event when we deliver, or when you pick up.
Example: a 4-hour prom after-party with the song choice, red carpet and an attendant for 4 hours comes to $349 + $85 + $200 + $200 = $834 before tax, plus $75 if delivered.
Questions people ask
How much floor space should we save for a 360 Booth?
Leave room for the platform, the camera arm swinging around it and a small line of guests. If you're unsure about your room, send us the venue and we'll help you plan the spot.
How fast do guests get their videos?
Right after they spin. The video is sent to their phone so they can post it before they're back at the table.
Can we use our own song?
Yes. The 1 song choice add-on is $85 and plays your song on every video.
Is a 360 Booth good for little kids?
It works for kids who can stand on the platform safely with an adult nearby. For young crowds, an attendant at $50 an hour helps keep things calm.
