Digital Photo Booth Rental in Baltimore: 2026 Prices

Proud parents holding graduation signs at a photo booth

A digital photo booth rental in Baltimore and Central Maryland starts at $228 for 2 hours with EMCO Booth. That price covers the booth, props, a personalized photo design and unlimited pictures, GIFs and boomerangs sent straight to guests' phones. Below is the full price list first, then the extras, then where this booth makes the most sense around the region.

Digital booth prices, hour by hour

Every rental length comes with the same things: unlimited pictures, your personalized design and a box of props. The only difference is how long the booth runs.

  • 2 hours: $228
  • 3 hours: $278
  • 4 hours: $348
  • 5 hours: $418
  • 6 hours: $488

Maryland sales tax is 6%, so a 3-hour rental at $278 adds $16.68 in tax. Card payments include a 5% processing fee on top of that.

The Digital Booth is the lowest priced booth we rent. There's no printer, paper or camera rig to bring, so it costs less to run, and the price reflects that.

What the add-ons cost

Most people add one or two of these. None are required.

  • Unlimited printing: $240, so guests get a print on the spot as well as the digital copy
  • Customized picture: $150 for a fully custom design with your names, date and colors
  • Shimmery sequin backdrop: $100
  • Digital gallery: $120 for every photo in one online album
  • Red carpet VIP with stanchions: $200
  • LED inflatable frame: $240
  • Extra lighting kit: $145
  • Flower wall: $530, or grass wall: $500
  • Attendant: $50 an hour to run the booth and keep the line moving

If you're torn between this booth and a print booth, the printing add-on is worth a look. A 3-hour Digital Booth with unlimited printing comes to $518, compared with $348 for a 3-hour Printer Booth. So if prints are a must, the Printer Booth is usually the better deal. If prints are a maybe, start digital.

Digital photo booth rental in Baltimore and Central Maryland: where it fits

A booth that sends photos to phones works best when guests want to share fast. Around here, that tends to mean a few kinds of parties.

Graduation parties. Spring and early summer bring open houses in Towson, Bel Air, Catonsville and Ellicott City. Guests drift in and out over a few hours, so a booth with no print line suits the pace. A 2 or 3-hour rental timed for the busiest stretch covers most of them.

Birthdays and sweet 16s. Teens want boomerangs and GIFs on their phones, not paper. A backyard party in Severna Park or a rented room in Glen Burnie works the same way: set it up, add the shimmery backdrop, and let the guests run it.

Company events. Holiday parties and team nights in Hunt Valley, Columbia and Owings Mills often want photos people can post with a branded design. Add the customized picture for your logo and colors, and the digital gallery so the team can find every shot later.

Larger venues work too. The Baltimore Museum of Industry at the Inner Harbor has the industrial character that looks good behind a photo, and the American Visionary Art Museum in Federal Hill suits a creative crowd. A Digital Booth fits both because it takes up very little floor space.

Pickup, delivery and payment

You have two ways to get the booth to your party.

  1. Pick it up for free. Grab it from our location before your event and return it the day after.
  2. Have it delivered. We bring it and set it up for $75.

A 35% deposit holds your date. If we deliver, the balance is due 7 days before the event. If you pick up, you pay the balance at pickup.

Three sample budgets

These are before the 6% tax.

  1. Graduation open house in Catonsville, 2 hours, picked up: $228.
  2. Sweet 16 in Bel Air, 4 hours with unlimited printing ($240) and the shimmery backdrop ($100): $688, plus $75 if you want it delivered.
  3. Company holiday party in Columbia, 5 hours with a customized picture ($150), digital gallery ($120) and an attendant for 5 hours ($250): $938, plus $75 delivery.

Questions people ask

Do guests need an app to get their photos?

No. They type in a phone number or scan a QR code and the photos land on their phone in seconds.

Is the 6% Maryland tax included in the prices above?

No. The prices on this page are before tax. Tax is added at checkout based on your event location, which is 6% in Maryland.

Can I start with the Digital Booth and add prints later?

Yes. Add unlimited printing for $240 any time before your event and guests get a print as well as the digital copy.

Do I need an attendant for a backyard party?

Usually not. Guests figure it out quickly. An attendant at $50 an hour helps more at bigger events where you want someone keeping the line moving.
