AI Photo Booth Rental Chicago: Prices and Event Ideas

Here is the price of an AI photo booth rental in Chicago, up front: $399 for 2 hours, $449 for 3, $499 for 4, $549 for 5 and $599 for 6, before tax. Each hour past the second adds $50. Unlimited prints are included, and every guest gets a digital copy too.

Now for what that money buys, what the total looks like with Chicago tax, and the events where the AI Booth is worth it.

What the price includes

Guests take a photo, and in a few seconds AI turns it into art. Superheroes, cartoons, vintage portraits or a style built around your event theme. Then it prints.

Every rental comes with:

• Unlimited prints for every guest
• A digital copy of each image
• A personalized picture design
• Props

The AI Booth costs more than our Digital Booth ($228 for 2 hours) because it brings a printer and needs extra processing to create each image. If your guests only want regular photos on their phones, the Digital Booth is the better deal. If you want people talking about the booth the next morning, this is the one.

AI photo booth rental Chicago costs with tax

Chicago-area events are taxed at 10.25%. Here's what the booth alone comes to with tax, before add-ons or delivery:

• 3 hours: $449 + $46.02 tax = $495.02
• 4 hours: $499 + $51.15 tax = $550.15
• 5 hours: $549 + $56.27 tax = $605.27
• 6 hours: $599 + $61.40 tax = $660.40

Add-ons that work with the AI Booth:

• Attendant: $50 an hour

Events where AI earns its price

The AI Booth fits best where people want something new to look at. Around Chicagoland, that usually means:

• Corporate events and conferences. Downtown, The Field Museum on the Museum Campus hosts corporate events and fundraisers. An AI Booth there lets guests see themselves turned into something unexpected, with your logo on the print.
• Trade shows. The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont's River Road convention district hosts trade show floors and company events. A booth that turns visitors into superheroes gives people a reason to stop.
• Adults-only parties. Rivers Casino Des Plaines has a 10,000 square foot Event Center for guests 21 and over. A themed AI style matches that high energy room.
• Theme parties and kids' birthdays. A superhero party in Skokie or a cartoon theme in Elk Grove Village is exactly what the AI styles are for.

We cover the O'Hare area and beyond, including Schiller Park, Bensenville, Itasca, Park Ridge and Niles. Our Rosemont photo booth page covers the convention district, and the Chicago photo booth rental page covers the whole metro.

Deposit, pickup and delivery

A 35% deposit locks your date. For a 2-hour rental with no extras, that's $139.65. If we deliver, the balance is due 7 days before the event. If you pick up, you pay the balance at pickup. Card payments include a 5% processing fee.

Pickup from our location is free, and you return the booth the day after. Delivery and setup is $75.

For a full-day trade show, here's how a booking adds up:

1. AI Booth for 6 hours: $599
2. Attendant for 6 hours: $300
3. Delivery and setup: $75

That's $974 before tax, with a $340.90 deposit. An attendant makes sense at a trade show, since they run the booth and keep guests moving while your team talks to visitors.
