AI Photo Booth Rental in Los Angeles: A Planning Checklist

An AI photo booth rental in Los Angeles and Orange County takes a little more planning than a regular booth, mostly because you get to pick what guests turn into. Superheroes, cartoons, vintage portraits or a look built around your event theme. Run through this checklist before you book and the rest is easy.
The AI booth checklist
- Pick a theme. Decide what you want guests to become. Tell us your event theme and we'll set up styles to match.
- Pick your hours. The AI Booth rents for 2 to 6 hours. Time it for the stretch of the event when the most people are in the room.
- Decide on prints. Unlimited prints are included, plus a digital copy. Choose strips or the 4x6 upgrade.
- Plan the spot. Put the booth where guests already gather, near the bar or the entrance, so the line becomes part of the show.
- Choose a backdrop. A clean background helps the AI do its job and keeps the original photo looking good too.
- Decide on an attendant. For a conference or a brand event, someone to greet guests and explain the styles helps.
- Choose pickup or delivery. Free pickup, or delivery and setup for $75.
The rest of this post goes through each of those in more detail.
Picking a theme that fits your crowd
The AI Booth works best when the theme connects to the event. A few ways that plays out around the metro:
- Corporate events and conferences. Tech and media teams in Culver City, Santa Monica and Irvine can match the styles to a product, a campaign or the company's look. Guests get a print and a digital copy that ties back to the brand.
- Brand activations. Pop-ups and launches in West Hollywood or Burbank, where the transformed photo is the thing people post.
- Venue-inspired themes. The Petersen Automotive Museum on the Miracle Mile rents its spaces for events, and a car or racing theme would fit right in there. A historic ballroom like The Biltmore Los Angeles in Downtown LA suits a vintage portrait style.
- Theme parties. Costume birthdays, comic nights and holiday parties in Long Beach or Pasadena.
- Kids' birthdays. Superheroes and cartoons are an easy win for parties in Glendale, Torrance or Anaheim.
Each image takes just a few seconds for the AI to create, so guests aren't left standing around.

Questions people ask
Can the AI styles match our company branding?
Yes. Tell us your event theme or brand and we'll set up styles to match. Add the customized picture for $150 to put your logo on every print.
Do guests get the original photo too?
Guests get unlimited prints plus a digital copy. Add the digital gallery for $120 if you want every image collected in one online album.
Is the AI Booth a good pick for a kids' party?
It's one of the best. Kids love seeing themselves as superheroes or cartoon characters, and the prints make an easy party favor.
How is this different from the 360 Booth?
The AI Booth turns each photo into art and prints it. The 360 Booth makes slow-motion videos sent to phones. For a brand event, the AI Booth gives guests something to hold, and the 360 gives them something to post.
