How it works, step by step

1. You record a greeting. Every rental includes a custom greeting, so guests hear your voice (or a line you write) when they lift the receiver.
2. Guests pick up and talk. They hear the greeting and leave a message. No screens or buttons to figure out.
3. It stays out all day. The rental is all day, from setup until the event ends, so guests can leave a message during cocktail hour, after dinner or on their way out.
4. You get every message. After the event, we send you every message as an audio file. Keep them, play them at an anniversary, or share them with family.

Rent it alone or with a photo booth

There are two ways to book the Audio Guest Book:

• On its own: $399 for the whole day.
• Added to any photo booth: $299 for the whole day.

That $100 difference makes pairing worth a look. Pair it with the Glam Booth for a wedding and you get portraits and voices from your guests. Pair it with the Printer Booth and the scrapbook add-on for a guestbook table that covers photos, handwritten notes and voice messages in one spot.

Unlike our photo booths, the audio guest book isn't priced by the hour. You don't need to plan around the busiest part of the night.

Styling extras

The phone can sit on a table as is, or you can dress it up. These are the add-ons made for the audio guest book:

• Artificial flowers: $100, floral styling around the phone
• Vintage phone: $200, a classic rotary-style handset
• LED light: $200, a glowing light-up display
• Red carpet: $200, with stanchions to frame the spot

The vintage phone gives the setup that old-school look. Flowers are a simple way to tie it into your wedding colors.

Audio guest book rental in Los Angeles: events it fits

A voice message means the most at events built around people and memories. In this metro, we'd suggest it for:

• Weddings. The Ebell of Los Angeles in Hancock Park, with its historic halls and courtyards, is a good fit for a vintage phone set up near the entrance. A ballroom wedding at The Biltmore Los Angeles in Downtown LA works too, with the phone next to the guestbook table.

Payment, tax and getting it there

A 35% deposit holds your date. Sales tax in the Los Angeles metro is 9.5%, and card payments include a 5% processing fee.

Our photo booths come with free pickup from our location or delivery and setup for $75. If you add the guest book to a booth, it's part of that same order. For a stand-alone rental, ask for a free quote and we'll go over pickup or delivery for your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event for delivery, or at pickup.

Yes. The audio phone booth is an add-on for the Magazine Box at $299, so guests can pose on the cover and then leave you a message.

What do we get after the event?
