Photo Booth Rental with Prints in Delaware: How It Works

Printer photo booth with a silver backdrop and plants

Dinner wraps up at a wedding reception in Wilmington. The first dance is done, the DJ turns it up, and a small crowd starts to gather in the corner of the room. Four cousins squeeze in with feather boas and a cardboard sign. A few seconds later a strip slides out with the couple's names and wedding date across the bottom. That's a photo booth rental with prints in Delaware, and it's the reason the Printer Booth is still the party classic.

Here's how it works, what it costs and which events around the state it suits best.

What happens at the booth

The Printer Booth is simple for guests, which is a big part of why it works.

  1. Guests step up, grab props and pose.
  2. The booth takes the photos and prints them on the spot.
  3. Every print carries your personalized design with your names, date and colors.
  4. Guests take the print home, or paste it in a scrapbook and leave you a note.

Prints are unlimited. Every guest can print as many times as they want for the whole rental, so nobody has to fight over one strip.

  • 5 hours: $448

Strips, 4x6 prints or a scrapbook

This is the main decision with a print booth, so it's worth a minute.

Strips come standard. They're small, easy to tuck in a wallet and they look great taped into a guest book.

4x6 prints are a $200 upgrade. They're bigger, easier to frame and better for group shots where eight people crowd into one picture.

The scrapbook is $240. Guests paste a copy of their print and write a note next to it. By the end of the night you have a guest book full of faces, not just signatures. That makes it a natural pick for weddings and anniversary parties.

Other add-ons for the Printer Booth:

  • Attendant: $50 an hour
  • Customized picture with a fully custom design: $150
  • Shimmery sequin backdrop: $100
  • Red carpet with stanchions: $200
  • Digital gallery of every photo: $120
  • LED inflatable frame: $240
  • Extra lighting kit: $145
  • Flower wall: $530, or grass wall: $500

Events where prints matter most

Prints shine when people want something to hold. These are the event types the booth fits best across Delaware.

Weddings. The large riverfront halls at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington suit a Printer Booth, so a big guest list can get prints without a long line. Add an attendant for 4 or more hours to keep things moving.

Quinceañeras. A gold or rose gold theme looks sharp on a printed strip, and the shimmery backdrop helps. For parties in Bear, New Castle or Newark, prints give relatives something to take home at the end of the night.

Anniversaries. A 25th or 50th party in Dover or Milford usually includes guests who don't want photos sent to a phone. A print they can hold is the better fit.

Reunions. Class and family reunions from Claymont to Seaford bring together people who haven't seen each other in years. Prints with the reunion name and year on them become keepsakes.

Pickup, delivery and setup

Pickup from us is free. Take the booth before your event and return it the day after. If you'd rather skip the drive, we deliver anywhere in the state and set it up for $75. That includes Middletown, Smyrna, Georgetown and the beach towns.

Our booths work indoors or under a tent, so a backyard reception in Hockessin is just as doable as a hotel ballroom.
