Photo Booth Rental with Prints in Baltimore, MD

Picture a Saturday reception in a historic ballroom in Mount Vernon. Dinner plates are cleared, the first song starts, and a small crowd gathers by the booth. Two cousins squeeze in with oversized glasses, the print slides out a few seconds later, and they carry it back to the table to show everyone. That moment is why people book a photo booth rental with prints in Baltimore and Central Maryland: guests leave with something they can hold.
This post covers how the EMCO Booth Printer Booth works, what it costs, and which events around the region get the most out of it.
How a print booth runs during an event
The Printer Booth is simple for guests, which matters when your crowd spans eight to eighty.
- A guest or group steps up and takes their photos.
- The booth prints on the spot with your personalized design: names, date and colors.
- Everyone can print as many times as they want. Prints are unlimited for the whole rental.
- Props are included, so nobody has to bring their own hats or signs.
Strips come standard. If you want bigger photos, the 4x6 upgrade swaps strips for 4x6 prints.
Photo booth rental with prints in Baltimore and Central Maryland: the prices
Here is what the Printer Booth costs with EMCO Booth, before tax.
- 2 hours: $298
- 3 hours: $348
- 4 hours: $398
- 5 hours: $448
- 6 hours: $498
Maryland sales tax is 6%. On a 4-hour rental at $398, that's $23.88. Card payments add a 5% processing fee.
Pickup from our location is free, and you return the booth the day after your event. If you'd rather not move it yourself, we deliver and set it up for $75. A 35% deposit locks the date. The balance is due 7 days before the event for delivery, or at pickup.
Strips, 4x6 or a scrapbook?
These three extras change what guests walk away with, so they're worth deciding early.
Keep the strips. Classic and easy to tuck into a pocket or purse. Good for big, busy rooms where people print several times.
Upgrade to 4x6 for $200. A 4x6 print is easier to frame and shows more of your design. The Belvedere is a good example of a room where people tend to want this. Its historic ballroom suits a bigger, cleaner print that looks right on a shelf at home.
Add the scrapbook for $240. Guests paste one print into a book and write a note beside it. You end up with a guest book full of faces instead of just signatures. Couples and anniversary hosts like this one most.
Other add-ons that pair well with prints:
- Shimmery sequin backdrop: $100
- Customized picture: $150 for a fully custom design
- Digital gallery: $120 so everyone can find the photos later
- Flower wall: $530
- Attendant: $50 an hour to restock paper, help groups and keep things moving
A common wedding setup is 4 hours ($398), 4x6 prints ($200) and the scrapbook ($240). That comes to $838 before tax, or $913 with delivery.
Events that get the most from prints
Not every party needs paper. These are the ones where it really pays off around Baltimore.
Weddings. Prints double as favors, and the scrapbook doubles as your guest book. A downtown ballroom, a hotel room in Hunt Valley or a backyard tent in Ellicott City all work. Our Baltimore photo booth rental page lists more venue ideas.
Quinceañeras. Big families and long guest lists mean a lot of printing. Unlimited prints means nobody gets cut off, and a gold or pink backdrop matches most color schemes.
Anniversaries. Older guests often prefer something printed over a text message. Milestone dinners in Pikesville, Towson or Timonium are a natural fit.
Reunions. Class and family reunions in Dundalk, Essex or Glen Burnie bring people who haven't seen each other in years. A print they can take home makes the night stick.
For a waterfront event, the Baltimore Museum of Industry at the Inner Harbor has the kind of industrial setting that looks good in the background of a print. Ask the venue about floor space near an outlet and you're set.
Questions people ask
How many prints can each guest take?
As many as they want. Prints are unlimited for the length of your rental.
Can the print say our names and wedding date?
Yes. Every Printer Booth rental includes a personalized design with your names, date and colors. A fully custom design is $150.
Is a 4x6 better than strips?
It depends on the crowd. Strips are quick and fun for big parties. A 4x6 print at $200 extra is easier to frame and works well for weddings and anniversaries.
What do we need at the venue?
A spot near a standard outlet and enough room for a small group to pose. If we deliver, we handle setup for $75.
