What $850 covers

The Magazine Box is one price for the whole day. That includes:

• The all-day rental
• Standard customization: cover title, your names, the date and the headlines
• A lighting kit, so phone photos look like a print edition
• The life-size magazine box itself

You pick your cover design after you book. Guests take photos with their own phones, which keeps things simple. If you want prints or instant sharing too, there are add-ons for that below.

The Magazine Box has its own delivery terms. It does not use the $75 delivery from our other booths. You have two options:

1. Travel fee, $175. We bring it and set it up.
2. Pick up and drop off yourself. No travel fee.

Columbus metro events are taxed at 8%, so the $850 rental is $918 with tax. A 35% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event when we bring it, or at pickup. Card payments add a 5% fee.

The box fits best at weddings, milestone birthdays, galas and bridal parties. Here is how each one might come together around Central Ohio.

Weddings

At Franklin Park Conservatory, the glass houses and gardens pair naturally with the flower frame ($550). At The Exchange at Bridge Park in Dublin, a clean cover with your names and a "Wedding Edition" headline suits the modern room.

Milestone birthdays

A 40th, 50th or 60th in New Albany, Upper Arlington or Westerville is a good excuse for a cover full of inside jokes. Write the headlines like real cover lines: the birthday person's best year, their famous recipe, their worst dance move.

Do guests get printed photos from the Magazine Box?

Not on its own. Guests use their phones. Add the printer photo booth for $550 to give everyone a print, and 4x6 prints for $250 more.

Can I pick it up myself instead of paying the travel fee?

Yes. You can pick it up and drop it off yourself and skip the $175 travel fee.

When do we design the cover?

After you book. You choose the cover title, names, date and headlines.

Can someone take the photos for our guests?
