How Much Does a Photo Booth Rental Cost? (2026 Price Guide)
Most photo booth companies make you fill out a form and wait for a quote. We don't think you should have to. Below are the actual prices for every booth we rent, what each one includes, and the extras that change the total.
The short answer
A 2-hour photo booth rental with EMCO Booth costs $228 to $399 before tax, depending on the booth. Our Digital Booth is the lowest-priced option at $228. The AI Booth is the highest at $399. Longer rentals and add-ons like prints, backdrops or an attendant raise the price from there.
Photo booth prices by booth type
Every booth comes with props and a design personalized for your event. Here's what 2, 3 and 4 hours cost.
- Digital Booth: $228 for 2 hours, $278 for 3, $348 for 4. Unlimited pictures, GIFs and boomerangs sent to guests' phones.
- 360 Booth: $249 for 2 hours, $299 for 3, $349 for 4. Unlimited slow-motion videos sent to phones right after each spin.
- Printer Booth: $298 for 2 hours, $348 for 3, $398 for 4. Unlimited prints with your names, date and colors.
- Glam Booth: $379 for 2 hours, $439 for 3, $479 for 4. Soft beauty lighting, black-and-white portraits and unlimited prints.
- AI Booth: $399 for 2 hours, $449 for 3, $499 for 4. AI turns guests into superheroes, cartoons or your event's theme, with unlimited prints.
- Audio Guest Book: $399 for the whole day on its own, or $299 when you add it to any booth.
Why some booths cost more than others
The price mostly comes down to equipment. The Digital Booth skips the printer and sends everything to phones, so it's the cheapest to run. The Printer Booth and Glam Booth bring a printer, paper and lighting. The AI Booth needs extra processing to turn each photo into art.
The 360 Booth is priced close to the Digital Booth because guests get videos on their phones instead of prints.

Delivery, deposit and tax
Pickup from our location is free. If you'd rather we bring it, delivery and setup is $75.
A 35% deposit locks your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event if we deliver, or when you pick up. Sales tax depends on where your event is, and card payments include a 5% processing fee.

How to spend less
- Pick the Digital Booth if your guests mostly want photos on their phones.
- Book 2 hours and time it for the busiest part of the night, usually right after dinner.
- Pick it up yourself and save the $75 delivery fee.
- Skip the attendant for casual parties. Guests figure it out fast.
