How it works, from the guest's side

1. A guest walks up and lifts the receiver.
2. They hear your custom greeting.
3. After the greeting, they leave a message. A quick congratulations, a story, a song, whatever they like.
4. They hang up, and the message is saved.
5. After the event, we send you every message as an audio file.

The rental is all day. It stays out from setup until the event ends, so guests can leave a message during cocktail hour, after dinner or on their way out.

Audio guest book rental in Philadelphia and South Jersey: pricing

There are two ways to rent it:

• On its own: $399 for the whole day
• Added to any photo booth: $299 for the whole day

Both include the all-day rental, every message as an audio file and a custom greeting.

You can dress it up with a few extras:

• Vintage phone: $200, a classic rotary-style handset
• Artificial flowers: $100, floral styling around the phone
• LED light: $200, a glowing light-up display
• Red carpet: $200, red carpet and stanchions

Some example totals before tax:

• Audio guest book alone with the vintage phone: $399 + $200 = $599
• Printer Booth for 4 hours plus the audio guest book: $398 + $299 = $697
• Glam Booth for 3 hours plus the audio guest book with flowers: $439 + $299 + $100 = $838

Pickup from our location is free, and delivery and setup is $75. A 35% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before the event for delivery or at pickup. Card payments add 5%. Bookings in our Philadelphia metro, including South Jersey, are taxed at 8%.
