Digital Photo Booth Rental in Philadelphia and South Jersey

Let's start with the numbers, since that's what most people want first. A digital photo booth rental in Philadelphia and South Jersey with EMCO Booth costs $228 for 2 hours and tops out at $488 for 6 hours, before tax. Guests snap photos, GIFs and boomerangs and get them on their phones in seconds by text or QR code. There's no printer, so there's no line waiting for paper.
Digital Booth prices by the hour
Every package includes unlimited pictures, a personalized picture design and props. Here is the full list.
- 2 hours: $228
- 3 hours: $278
- 4 hours: $348
- 5 hours: $418
- 6 hours: $488
A few more costs to plan for:
- Tax: bookings in our Philadelphia metro, which includes South Jersey, are taxed at 8%.
- Getting the booth there: pickup from our location is free, and you return it the day after your event. If you'd rather not haul it, we deliver and set it up for $75.
- Payment: a 35% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event if we deliver, or when you pick up. Card payments add 5%.
So a 3-hour party with pickup is $278 before tax. Add delivery and it's $353.
Graduation parties and birthdays across the region
The Digital Booth is our lowest-priced booth, and it suits the kind of party where people come and go all afternoon. Graduation open houses are the classic example. A guest stops by a backyard in Cherry Hill or Voorhees for an hour, takes a photo with the graduate and leaves with it already on their phone. Nobody has to wait for a print or remember to come back for it.
It works the same way for:
- Birthdays and sweet 16s, where teens want the GIF or boomerang for their story right away
- Holiday parties at the office, where people drift in and out
- Weddings on a budget, where the couple wants a booth but would rather spend on the venue or food
If the party is in a smaller space, like a finished basement in Bensalem or a rented room in Mount Laurel, the Digital Booth is also the easiest booth to fit. It's a tablet on a stand, not a full enclosure.
Digital photo booth rental in Philadelphia and South Jersey for work events
Company events are where the Digital Booth earns its keep. Every photo carries your design, so every share puts your logo or event name in front of new people.
The Pennsylvania Convention Center in Center City is a good example of the setting it fits. Trade shows and corporate events there are busy and crowded, and a booth that sends photos to phones keeps traffic moving at an exhibit. Attendees scan, pose and walk away with a branded photo.
The Franklin Institute, also in Center City, hosts company parties and evening events where a quick, shareable photo fits the flow of the night.
The same setup works for a company party in King of Prussia or Conshohocken. Two add-ons are worth a look for work events:
- Customized picture ($150): a fully custom design with your logo, colors and event name.
- Digital gallery ($120): every photo from the event in one online album you can share with the whole team afterward.
Add-ons that change the total
Most parties don't need many extras. These are the ones the Digital Booth offers:
- Unlimited printing: $240, if you decide you want prints after all
- Shimmery backdrop: $100, a sequin wall that sparkles on camera
- Red carpet VIP: $200, red carpet and stanchions
- LED inflatable: $240, a glowing frame around the booth
- Extra lighting kit: $145, for brighter, cleaner photos in dim rooms
- Flower wall: $530, or grass wall: $500
- Attendant: $50 an hour to run the booth and help guests
A simple example: a 4-hour graduation party ($348) with the shimmery backdrop ($100) and delivery ($75) comes to $523 before the 8% tax. Skip delivery and pick it up yourself, and it's $448.
If you're not sure you need an attendant, think about who your guests are. Teens and office crowds usually figure out the screen in a minute. A party with lots of older relatives might move faster with someone there to help.
Questions people ask
Can guests get prints from a Digital Booth?
Yes, if you add unlimited printing for $240. Without it, everything goes to guests' phones by text or QR code.
How much is the deposit on a 4-hour Digital Booth?
The 4-hour package is $348, and the deposit is 35% of the booking total before tax. On the booth alone that's $121.80. The rest is due 7 days before the event for delivery, or at pickup.
Can I pick up the booth for a party in South Jersey?
Yes. Pickup is free for every event in our Philadelphia metro, including South Jersey towns like Glassboro, Voorhees and Mount Laurel. You return it the day after your event.
Will the Digital Booth work for a trade show?
It's a good fit. Add the customized picture for $150 so every photo carries your branding, and the digital gallery for $120 if you want all the photos in one place after the show.
