Digital Photo Booth Rental Columbus, Ohio: Real Prices

Newlyweds kissing with a congrats sign at a photo booth

$228. That is the starting price for a digital photo booth rental in Columbus, Ohio with EMCO Booth, for two hours, with props and a personalized design included. Guests snap photos, GIFs and boomerangs and get them on their phones by text or QR code. Below is every hour option, what tax adds in Central Ohio, and three sample budgets you can copy.

Digital photo booth rental Columbus, Ohio prices

The Digital Booth is our lowest-priced booth. Here is what each length costs before tax:

  • 2 hours: $228
  • 3 hours: $278
  • 4 hours: $348
  • 5 hours: $418
  • 6 hours: $488

Every length includes unlimited pictures, a personalized picture with your names, date or logo, and a box of props. There is no printer or camera rig to bring, which is why it costs less than our other booths.

Columbus metro events carry 8% sales tax. On a 3-hour rental that is $22.24, so $278 becomes $300.24. Card payments add a 5% processing fee on top.

Why pick it over a print booth

Most guests already keep their photos on their phones. The Digital Booth leans into that. There is no line waiting for a printer, and each photo gets shared while the party is still going, so your event shows up in group chats and stories that night.

If you change your mind, you can still get prints. Unlimited printing is a $240 add-on. At that point the Printer Booth ($298 for 2 hours) may be the better deal, so compare both before you book.

Pickup, delivery and the deposit

Pickup is free. You grab the booth from our location before your event and bring it back the day after. If you would rather skip the drive, we deliver and set it up for $75, from Hilliard to Pickerington.

A 35% deposit holds your date. On the 3-hour package that is $97.30. If we deliver, the balance is due 7 days before the event. If you pick up, you pay the rest at pickup.

Three Central Ohio budgets

These are examples, not fixed packages. Mix and match in the booking tool to see your own total as you go.

  1. Graduation open house in Westerville, 3 hours. Digital Booth ($278), picked up free. $278 before tax. Grads and their families share photos the minute they are taken, which helps when guests drift in and out all afternoon.
  2. Office holiday party in Dublin, 4 hours. Digital Booth ($348), attendant for 4 hours ($200), digital gallery ($120) and delivery ($75). $743 before tax. The gallery puts every shot in one online album you can send to the whole team the next morning.
  3. Sweet 16 in Gahanna, 2 hours. Digital Booth ($228), shimmery sequin backdrop ($100) and unlimited printing ($240). $568 before tax. Teens get the instant share and a print to take home.

A few ways to keep the number down:

  • Book 2 or 3 hours and time it for the busiest stretch, usually right after food.
  • Pick it up yourself and save the $75.
  • Skip the attendant for house parties. Guests figure it out fast.

Where the Digital Booth fits in Columbus

The Digital Booth has a small footprint, so it works in a finished basement in Worthington as well as a hotel meeting room. A few local settings where it makes sense:

  • Franklin Park Conservatory. Showers and garden weddings in the glass houses pair well with the Digital Booth and our flower wall backdrop ($530), so photos look like part of the room.
  • The Exchange at Bridge Park. Corporate events in Dublin suit a branded design on every photo, so guests share your logo each time they post.
  • Campus formals and grad parties. Student groups and families like that every photo lands on a phone right away.

We also cover Upper Arlington, Grandview Heights, Grove City, Powell, Lewis Center, New Albany, Reynoldsburg and Delaware. See the Columbus photo booth rental page for the full area.

Questions people ask

Can I add prints to the Digital Booth?

Yes. Unlimited printing is a $240 add-on, and guests get prints on the spot as well as the digital copy.

Is 2 hours enough for a graduation party?

For a short party, yes. Open houses where guests come and go over an afternoon usually do better with 3 or 4 hours, which are $278 or $348.

Do I need an attendant?

Not for most house parties. For a busy office party or campus formal, an attendant is $50 an hour and keeps the line moving.

What does tax look like for a Columbus event?

Columbus metro bookings are taxed at 8%. A $228 rental comes to $246.24 with tax.
